Sound strategic initiatives meet the changing demands of the marketplace

The Group owns a diverse range of properties in Hong Kong prime locations, the majority of which was held by the Group as long-term investments. The investment portfolio currently totals gross floor area of approximately 17,782 square feet, mainly comprising shops and residential apartments that provide steady recurrent rental income and strength the income base of the Group. In view of the upturn of the property market, satisfactory capital appreciation of the properties is expected in the long run.

The group's strategy is to focus its investments on locations with direct access to major intersections along Hong Kong's main transport artery. The existing investments will be regularly refurbished to meet the changing demands of the marketplace.
