| ANCILLARY FACILITIES FOR JIANGSU LING JIA TANG AGRICULTURAL BY-PRODUCTS WHOLESALE MARKET The annual turnover of Changzhou Agricultural By-products Wholesale Market amounted to RMB7.5 billion with a wide range of over 1,200 operators. It is ranked fourth among top 100 markets in agricultural products nationwide and is a key leading enterprise of the State? agricultural modernization. In a joint effort with Ling Jia Tang market, the Group injected modern and multi-level marketing concept and introduced financial management model and international experience to invest in and the development of ancillary facilities for the agricultural by-products wholesale market, which include the commercial services zone, processing, distribution and warehousing zone as well as the modern logistic centre. The ancillary facilities occupy an area of approximately 570 mu with a planned GFA of approximately 250,000 square meters.
