"Allmart" Chinese Markets

A COMPLETELY NEW MODEL FOR WET MARKETS

We are currently managing 13 wet markets on Hong Kong with the brand "Allmart". We have applied a new concept of wet market management which transforms environment of wet markets traditional impression of crowded, disorderly and dirty, and introduces new design, comfortable and the bright and clean and tidy layout, and offers a comprehensive range of goods and services, visiting our wet markets environment is thus as enjoyable as visiting the shopping malls.

In order to improve the industry structure of the retail markets, we make the effort to conduct a market survey, and in response to the actual needs and changing preference of customers, we flexibly design and arrange  the tenant combination as well as the trade mix. At present, in the markets managed by the Group, other than wet and dry goods area, they also have added the cooked food area and supermarket area. Moreover, based on the information of our data bank, we offer loyal tenants with priority to operate new markets, with an aim to offer the best services to the residents we are serving.

SOUND MANAGEMENT  ACTIVE PROMOTION

We are committed to providing excellent management services, including cleansing, maintenance and repair, leasing promotion and regulatory supervision so as to run the markets in the best possible manner.

In order to build up the image of a new generation of wet markets, we have also undertaken the working overall promotion and marketing strategy, in order to promote a more competitive operation environment.

At present, we have a workforce of  nearly 100 full-time staff, and the area under our management is over 330,000 square feet. Tseung Kwan O Allmart, which is under our management, is the first market to use the Octopus system, and this represents a breakthrough in the development of traditional wet markets and further strengthens our leading position as the largest wet market management company in Hong Kong.
