職責

  • Search potential customers for fresh market leasing
  • Handle leasing and tenancy matters
  • Conduct marketing research of fresh market leasing
  • Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor

技術

  • F.5 or above with minimum 3 years' relevant experience 
  • Experience in fresh market/ retail/ mini-market/ FMCG leasing is preferred
  • Proactive, hardworking, independent with good communication skill
  • Proficiency in PC skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
