Senior Corporate Finance Manager

職責

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in various corporate finance projects & activities, including M&A, IPO, fund raising exercise, reorganization and compliance with listing rules
  • Perform feasibility studies, market research, market analysis, due diligence, financial modeling, deal negotiation and manage internal and external relationships
  • Provide analysis in capital market and related issues
  • Prepare the publication of annual and interim report
  • Liaise with relevant regulatory authorities and professional parties

條件

Requirements:
  • Degree or above in Legal, Finance or Accounting with CPA/CFA qualification
  • Minimum 5 years' experience with at least 3 years in audit field. Exposure in investment banks or fund house is an advantage
  • Experience in transaction support, M&A activities and handling due diligence on projects from different industry
  • Direct investment experience is highly preferred
  • Familiar with listing rules requirements
  • Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • PRC experience and Putonghua would be an asset
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Corporate Finance Manager
  • Immediate available is highly preferred

Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for full spectrum of training function for the teams
  • Identify training needs, develop and deliver training solutions including customer service, supervisory and management skills
  • Perform training assessment and analysis
  • Formulate, develop and implement training plans for all levels of frontline staff and monitor the effectiveness of the training programs
  • Prepare and monitor annual training and budget, consolidate statistical reports and feedback surveys of the training program

條件

Job Requirements:
  • Degree holder in HR Training or related disciplines
  • Minimum 6-10 years' solid training and development experiences, preferably in sizeable company
  • Experience in property / retail or in a highly customer service oriented industryis highly preferred
  • Ability to develop interactive, creative and comprehensive training programs in a variety of areas
  • Proactive, self-initiated with the ability to work independently
  • Mature, well-organized and detailed-minded
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
