  • Consolidate the management and financial reports and statutory reporting
  • Assist in designing and improving accounting policies, processes, procedures, control systems, IT systems, methodologies and working tools

條件

  • University degree in Business (Administration), Finance, Accounting or any other relevant
  • At least 8 years professional experience in a planning, budgeting, cost accounting reporting or control function or internal audit background is also an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS) and of management tools such as Activity Based Costing, etc
  • Exposure in retail/ manufacturing industry/ banking/ securities/ loan finance/ asset management is highly preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Great attention to detail/accuracy
  • Ability to work with large data sets and utilize analysis skills to trend and interpret information, and communicate meaningful information effectively.

  • Carry out market analysis on fresh market, establish pricing strategies, tenancy management of leasing renewal, T&Cs negotiation and leasing plan
  • Perform day-to-day general administration support including good filing habit for the Team and supervisor
