Job Duties

  • Support marketing functions of delivery services business, plan online and offline marketing strategies to drive the development of delivery services of wet market
  • Responsible for online content, product list and promotion information
  • Coordinate marketing and promotion issues of fresh market
  • Handle promotion programme of fresh market including sales driven promotions, PR events, and social media promotions (such as Facebook, online channel, forum, e-Commerce etc.)
  • Manage and execute marketing campaign, loyalty programme & joint promotion
  • Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned by management
  • Assist in planning, developing and implementing marketing strategies to build brand awareness
  • Conducting business trends and market analysis to develop marketing programs and launch campaigns

Qualification

  • Degree holder in Marketing / E-commerce, Business Administration or other related disciplines
  • 3 years’ experience or above in marketing field or e-Commerce
  • Solid experience in marketing / promotion campaign is essential
  • Experience in retail, FMCG or digital agency is an advantage
  • Knowledge in art/creative design and direction is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multi-task
  • Proficient in managing social media platform
  • Proficiency in PC skills, particularly in MS Office and Photoshop
  • Strong analytical, with business acumen and creative thinking
  • Sensitive to market trend and consumer market
  • Knowledge of MS office application
  • Immediately available is highly preferred

Job Duties

  • Responsible for the cost control & analysis work, to assist the management to establish overall plan and implementing measures, determine the various cost element;
  • Produce cost calculation and process, the cost accounting and allocation, ensure the completeness and accuracy of data
  • Business partnering with production, supply chain & other departments in any costing related matters
  • Prepare monthly cost analysis report and provide constructive comments; to build internal cost control system; to monitor and analysis the purchase cost and production cost
  • Develop financial model to control and forecast the profitability of the existing business and new projects
  • Conduct investment return analysis, project monitoring and product costing reports
  • Support the factory operations for KPI control and achievement
  • Purpose and drive cost saving programs
  • Review BOM costs & identify costs improvement opportunities
  • Other ad hoc analyses 

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Business Analysis/ Accounting/ Finance is preferred but not a must
  • CPA /CIMA/ CFA/ RICS/ HKIS candidate is desirable but not a must
  • At least 5 - 7 years of working experience in business or financial analysis, experience in wholesale / retail / manufacturing / property development / real estate background is preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel is an advantage
  • Able to work under pressure and details-oriented
  • Independent, well-organized, self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility;
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills & research skills
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager - Business Analysis Control

  • Occasionally travel to China is required

Job Duties

  • Provide legal advice to assigned business division on their day-to-day business operations
  • Draft, review and negotiate a range of agreements, compliance documentation etc.
  • Establish standard form of agreements
  • Establish and implement company policies and procedures to better protect Group's and company's interests
  • Identify legal issues under any contract or document or applicable laws and the related legal risk(s)
  • Conduct legal research and investigate on cases involving legal issues / disputes
  • Assist in the management of litigation or other dispute resolution
  • Liaise and work closely with PRC in-house lawyers / external lawyers on all legal assignments involving external lawyers
  • Provide relevant training to personnel of the assigned business division to ensure the company policies and procedures are well followed
  • Work closely with all other legal departments of the Group or the company to ensure effective collaboration to achieve an advantageous position for the Group and / or the company
  • Assist and provide support on all compliance related activities and to coordinate the company's compliance projects 
  • Other ad hoc projects

Qualification

  • Qualified solicitor of Hong Kong with at least 5 years' post qualification experience
  • In-house experience in commercial work is preferable
  • Knowledge in retail industry and familiar with the Companies Ordinance (Cap.622)
  • Work independently on full range of legal, compliance and regulatory matters
  • Be a team player and with business acumen
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
