Job Duties

  • Analyze business requirements and provide fit and gap analysis for application systems
  • Participate in all aspects of solution design, implementation and support
  • Provide delivery works including programming, feasibility study, design, testing, system acceptance, capacity planning, technical support, quality assurance and proof-of-concept development
  • Responsible for implementation, development, system maintenance and ongoing support of IT systems and service delivery of corporate application systems
  • Liaise with users, vendors, IT operation support team on requirement study, implementation and on-going activities support
  • To conduct tender / quotation and ensure vendors meeting SLA and QA their deliverables in detail
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned

Qualification

  • Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, System Engineering or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years of working experience in project and vendor management and 3-5 years of working experience in system design and analyst
  • Knowledge and experience in J2EE, Javascript, SQL, C#, MS SQL, MySQL
  • Familiar with retail solutions, CRM and leasing systems
  • Experience on capacity planning and database monitoring
  • Proficient in PC applications especially in Microsoft Excel
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Good analytical skill with business acumen, presentation skill, able to work independently

Job Duties

  • Implement business process improvement initiatives & promote continuous improvement.
  • Apply a structured business architecture approach & methodology for capturing current state of the enterprise, desired future state, and plan to get to the end state through logical, planned tactics.
  • Conduct process workshops, identify process and system enhancements to meet business requirements
  • Analyze as-is business / system processes & requirements, and re-design to achieve the greatest possible benefits to the company.
  • Capture & analyze user requirements., conduct business analysis & propose recommendations / options, including but not limited to automation, work flow enhancement, etc
  • Adopt re-engineering methodologies & technologies to research, evaluate & develop change options
  • Work closely with IT application team, business stakeholders
  • Effectively collaborate & coordinate among all groups to ensure consistent levels of detail in the business process models
  • Revise policies & procedures / guidelines where applicable.
  • Prepare & draft workflow documents as well as project documentation including but not limited to project plan, design document, requirement specification training manuals
  • Assess & reinforce business units compliance to best practices
  • Assist in ad hoc tasks and other duties as required

Qualification

  • Degree holder in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • At least 8 years of experience in business process improvement projects.
  • Experience in manufacturing and retail industry is required
  • Minimum 4 years relevant experience in business process or workflow improvements
  • Experience in process standardization and harmonization is strongly preferred.
  • Lean six signma background would be a plus Good communication and presentation skills in both English & Chinese 
  • Posses acute business acumen, strong analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated & result-oriented & a good team player with adaptable to achieve set targets / results
